Financial Applications Developer (Remote, Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Financial Applications Developer to create client‑facing web tools such as calculators, dashboards, and forecasting software. The position is part‑time (25‑30 hours/week) and focuses on turning business and financial concepts into clean, usable applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web‑based financial calculators, planning tools, and dashboards.
• Use AI‑assisted coding platforms (Claude Code, Replit) to accelerate development.
• Implement financial logic, reporting, and forecasting features with high accuracy.
• Create intuitive front‑end interfaces for non‑technical users.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate business requirements into functional software.
• Test and validate calculations, debug issues, and improve existing applications.
• Integrate with CRMs, payment gateways, document platforms, and third‑party APIs.
• Document assumptions, formulas, workflows, and feature specifications.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years building modern web applications.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with financial calculations.
• Ability to work independently and manage project timelines.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
