Agile Technical Delivery Manager - DevOps (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an Agile Technical Delivery Manager specialized in DevOps to lead our remote team. You will shape the DevOps strategy, ensure system reliability, and drive Agile execution to deliver high‑impact, business‑critical outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a scalable, secure DevOps strategy aligned with business continuity.
• Manage and prioritize the DevOps backlog, balancing business value, operational needs, and technical feasibility.
• Ensure reliability, security, performance, and high availability of systems and applications.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring solutions.
• Integrate Agile and DevOps practices to accelerate delivery and improve collaboration.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the DevOps team, fostering a proactive and improvement‑driven culture.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, and coordinate with technical leaders and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enforce best practices, and leverage AI tools for workflow optimization.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Agile Technical Delivery Manager or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Agile Scrum Master certification strongly preferred.
• Proactive, outcome‑oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Passionate about continuous improvement and skilled in collaboration with diverse teams.
