About the role
We are looking for an Atlassian Developer to design, implement and maintain IT service management solutions that keep our business operations running smoothly. The role focuses on Atlassian tools such as JIRA and integrates with platforms like Remedy and ServiceNow.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain ITSM solutions (e.g., Remedy, ServiceNow) to meet business requirements.
- Analyze business functions of IT service management applications and propose effective enhancements.
- Manage IT services using Atlassian tools, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ITSM platforms, providing prompt support.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2‑4 years of proven experience developing Atlassian applications, especially JIRA.
- Strong knowledge of Groovy scripting.
- Experience with IT service management solutions such as Remedy or ServiceNow.
