Senior Business Transformation Associate – PMO

About the role

SGV Business Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Associate to join its PMO team. You will work closely with clients to design, implement, and manage enterprise‑wide transformation programs that drive strategic growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement bespoke program and project management operating models, including the setup of PMOs or Transformation Management Offices.
• Assess clients' existing project management practices and co‑facilitate workshops to reimagine processes and tools.
• Formulate recommendations to improve project management methodologies, governance, and performance metrics.
• Define program objectives, oversee delivery across multiple projects, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate risk, issue, timeline, budget, and resource plans.
• Consolidate program‑level risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor resource utilization.
• Facilitate program cadences, track action items, and prepare status updates for senior stakeholders.
• Support senior management reporting and presentation of program outcomes.

Required profile
