Senior Analyst - Regulatory Reporting & Reconciliation

About the role

ing is hiring a Senior Analyst in Manila to support regulatory reporting, exception management and data analysis within its financial markets operations. The role works closely with global teams and operational partners to resolve reporting issues, monitor controls and drive process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve transaction reporting exceptions across multiple regulatory regimes, investigate reconciliation breaks and drive timely remediation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and operational teams to find root causes, validate resolutions after they are fixed and monitor reporting quality.
• Support counterparty outreach when reporting discrepancies arise.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to spot trends, risks and opportunities, turning insights into recommendations for management.
• Monitor reporting controls and help strengthen the control framework, keeping awareness of operational, regulatory and reputational risks.
• Identify improvements to reporting processes, procedures, controls and technology, and support strategic projects.
• Partner with global teams across geographies and business functions, communicating complex findings and risk trends clearly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in OTC derivatives processing, product control, middle office, financial markets operations, business management or similar functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proven ability to handle large volumes of data.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong English communication skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing multiple priorities accurately.

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of global transaction reporting regulations such as EMIR, MiFID II, MMSR, HKMA, MAS, ASIC, SMMD, Canada Reporting or similar.
• Experience with reconciliation platforms such as DUCO.
• Track record of improving processes and strengthening controls, and understanding of trade lifecycle management and financial markets products.
