Senior Accounting Manager – Aviation Services

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accounting Manager (CPA) to lead the finance function of our aviation services business in Makati City. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on management of day‑to‑day accounting activities, ensuring financial integrity and compliance while supporting growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all core accounting functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll coordination, and financial reporting.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and executive management reports.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data to provide recommendations that improve profitability and cost efficiency.
• Develop and strengthen internal accounting controls and policies.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the accounting team.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government agencies.
• Support strategic financial initiatives and business expansion plans.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Experience in aviation, airline support services, logistics, or travel industry is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in tax compliance and financial analysis.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
