Senior Account Manager – APAC (Manila)

About the role

vHive is looking for a senior‑level Account Manager to own and grow its key anchor accounts across the APAC region. Based in Manila, you will be the primary point of contact for a major Australian cell‑tower operator and newly‑launched enterprise accounts, including a Tier‑1 telco in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture multi‑threaded relationships with C‑suite executives, network planning, operations, engineering and procurement teams.
• Lead fortnightly/monthly operational reviews and quarterly executive reviews to track digitisation progress and align strategic goals.
• Maintain dynamic account plans covering org charts, financial performance, growth targets and risk assessments.
• Quantify and demonstrate ROI for clients as they scale, highlighting cost savings, audit speed, safety improvements and co‑location accuracy.
• Turn key stakeholders into advocates, generating references and case studies across APAC.
• Drive contract renewals, upsell opportunities and expansion of site counts or new data products.
• Coordinate cross‑functional sprint plans to deliver client milestones on schedule.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing renewals and upsell cycles in a fast‑growth environment.
