SAP Business Systems Architect (Supply Chain)

About the role

The SAP Business Systems Architect will own the technology that enables Petron’s supply‑chain functions. This techno‑functional position bridges technical design, development, operations and maintenance of applications used by Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement and Inventory Management, with a focus on the SAP Materials Management (MM) module.

Key responsibilities

• Deep technical and functional understanding of SAP Materials Management (MM) and related supply‑chain solutions used by Petron.
• Design, develop, operate and maintain applications for Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement and Inventory Management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Evaluate the mix of SAP and non‑SAP systems, propose rationalisation, and define the ideal suite of solutions.
• Coordinate with business representatives to align the IT roadmap, translate it into service designs (projects, program changes, service and incident requests) and recommend appropriate metrics and SLAs.
• Review the application portfolio regularly and suggest improvements to IT services.
• Deliver service and incident requests on time and within agreed SLAs, managing IT service delivery to internal customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP solutions for supply‑chain functions.
• Experience in system implementation support, roll‑out, upgrade and maintenance.
• Strong planning and task‑organization abilities to execute activities efficiently.
