About the role

PwC’s Acceleration Center in Manila is seeking an experienced SAP Basis Senior Manager to lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP solutions for a diverse client portfolio. You will work closely with global advisory, assurance, tax, and business services teams to deliver high‑impact digital transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products, including SAP Basis, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Fiori, and SAP HANA.
• Analyze client requirements and design tailored SAP solutions that drive business transformation.
• Provide strategic guidance for seamless integration and optimal utilization of SAP applications.
• Manage, coach, and develop high‑performing, diverse teams to solve complex technical challenges.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client environments.
• Communicate clear, impactful messages to clients and stakeholders, validating outcomes and incorporating feedback.
• Navigate ambiguous situations while maintaining composure and focus.
