Salesforce Technical Consultant

About the role

NCC Group is seeking a Salesforce Technical Consultant to join its in‑house business systems team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. The role blends functional and technical expertise on the Salesforce platform, focusing on configuration, design, development and deployment of internal Salesforce projects and BAU changes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the architecture of Salesforce and assist with configuration/customisation across Sales Cloud, D&B, Pardot, DocuSign, CPQ and other SFDC products.
• Create profiles, permission sets, custom permissions and implement security/sharing rules at object, field and record level.
• Design custom objects, fields, record‑type page layouts and custom tabs; work with custom settings, metadata types and labels.
• Build custom reports, dashboards, validation rules, approval processes and workflows.
• Perform manual or automated data entry/clean‑up and produce documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with owners of connected systems such as Workday, MuleSoft, DocuSign and Pardot.
• Deliver technical reviews and demos to IT support teams, ensuring changes do not impact other applications.
• Provide second‑line Salesforce support and act as an escalation point for business support teams.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud, preferably with Pardot, DocuSign and CPQ, and configuring AppExchange integrations.
• Experience with custom development using workflows, process builders and flows.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (desirable) and familiarity with deployment tools such as Gearset and GitLab.
• Proven track record delivering projects end‑to‑end in an agile, sprint‑based environment.
• Strong organisational, communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced setting.
