About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across its Philippine market. You will be responsible for executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the airline meets its profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Define, agree and execute sales activity plans using tools, data and insights from Sales Strategy and Planning.
  • Analyse market potential, identify sales opportunities and convert them into revenue.
  • Collect, review and consolidate market and competitor information to support regional business development.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with assigned and prospective accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Communicate new products, services and promotions to accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Research competitor and industry trends to optimise the sales approach.
  • Coordinate and draft contractual agreements, negotiate commercial terms and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
  • Complete all Etihad commercial training and keep customer data up‑to‑date in the CRM system.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in aviation or related sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across departments.
  • Strong commercial and analytical background.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and industry knowledge.
