Sales Manager – Hotel Revenue & Accounts

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive room, banquet and overall hotel revenue by developing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned market segments, conduct sales calls and client meetings, and prepare proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate closely with Revenue, Events, Reservations and other hotel departments to ensure client requirements are met.
• Monitor account performance, market trends and competitor activity to support the hotel’s sales strategy and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Graduate of Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in hotel sales, account management or a comparable commercial role.
• Experience handling corporate, government, travel trade, MICE or other hotel market segments is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Proven track record of developing new accounts and maintaining existing business.
• Good understanding of hotel room, banquet and events sales.
• Results‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Willingness to travel or conduct client calls as needed and to be based at Seda Vertis North, Quezon City.

Required skills

• Familiarity with hotel sales systems.
• Experience using CRM tools.
• Knowledge of property management systems.
