Sales Floor Manager – Premium Travel (US Clients)

About the role

Voyagu, a San Francisco‑based travel management company, is launching its first sales team in the Philippines. As Sales Floor Manager you will build and lead a team of 6‑10 agents who sell premium international business and first‑class airline tickets to U.S. professionals using warm inbound leads.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and onboard high‑potential salespeople, shaping local hiring standards.
• Lead day‑to‑day sales operations, fostering a client‑centric culture.
• Own team performance metrics: pipeline health, conversion rates, average ticket value, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct weekly 1‑on‑1 coaching sessions, provide live‑deal guidance, and run call reviews.
• Identify performance gaps, create development plans, and build a succession pipeline.
• Maintain team morale during night‑shift hours (9 PM – 6 AM local time) aligned with U.S. time zones.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a sales team in the travel industry (airline ticketing, travel BPO, OTA, or agency).
• Proven ability to manage inbound sales pipelines and achieve revenue targets.
• Strong analytical mindset to diagnose gaps through data.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
