Sales Executive - Travel & Retail

About the role

Emirates is hiring a Sales Executive in Clark, Philippines, to achieve the company's sales targets by managing and expanding business through assigned retail outlets, trade agents and commercial houses. The role focuses on maximizing revenue, optimizing the use of promotions, maintaining market awareness and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets within the designated travel agent, market or territory.
• Implement strategic sales initiatives for travel agents, corporate clients and retail partners.
• Manage and optimize promotional activities and point-of-sale materials.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and trade developments to support data-driven decisions.
• Deliver presentations and run detailed monthly analyses of revenue and traffic by market, agent, route and class mix, then implement corrective measures.
• Prepare and submit timely, data-driven reports to management using the company's prescribed tools.
• Build relationships with trade partners, outlet teams and commercial associates, and use digital tools and analytics to streamline workflows and keep accurate records.

Required profile

• University graduate in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of relevant sales experience in a recognized airline or travel agency, with proven exposure to the airline, travel or hospitality sectors.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills, and excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and initiative.
• Right to live and work in the Philippines.
