Sales Development Representative – Spanish & Portuguese Speaking

About the role
SolarWinds is looking for an Inbound Sales Development Representative who will be the first point of contact for prospects that have shown interest in our solutions. You will respond to inbound inquiries within minutes, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for our global sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and live chat within 2‑3 minutes of inquiry.
- Follow up with leads in your daily queue, manage call steps, and book meetings.
- Maintain 100% accurate records of all interactions in Outreach.
- Use automation tools to send initial emails and handle reply management.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inbound sales or lead development.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, both spoken and written.
- High emotional intelligence, self‑organized, resilient to rejection, and a hunter mindset.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Outreach.
- Experience using Salesforce.
