Sales Development Representative (Onsite, Ortigas)

About the role

Staff Domain is building a new sales pod in Ortigas, Pasig City, and is hiring a Sales Development Representative for a full-time, onsite position (5:30 AM to 2:30 PM). This is a founding seat on the team, working directly with the Account Executive leading the function, with coaching and a clear path to owning the full sales cycle once qualification quality is proven.

Key responsibilities

• Phase 1: Build qualified pipeline through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels; engage decision-makers and secure discovery meetings.
• Run structured qualification before meetings are booked, keeping accurate CRM records and handover notes.
• Phase 2: Lead discovery calls, present solutions, handle objections, negotiate and close deals.
• Own a portfolio of opportunities from prospecting to signed agreement, partnering with Recruitment and Client Success for onboarding.
• Forecast and manage the sales pipeline with accountability.

Required profile

• Experience in outbound sales, business development or another customer-facing sales role.
• Confidence in cold outreach and genuine curiosity and discovery skills beyond a script.
• Professionalism in client conversations, a coachable mindset, resilience and strong ownership.
• Bonus points: B2B offshoring or outsourcing sales, Australian or international market experience, recruitment/executive search or staffing background, and experience managing opportunities through a pipeline.
