Strategic Account Executive (Philippines Market)

About the role

Datadog is looking for a Strategic Account Executive focused on the Philippines market. The role targets and closes new business with Datadog's largest and most strategic customers and prospects, uncovering the pain points organizations face when operating in or migrating to a cloud environment at scale and delivering the right Datadog solution. The position is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect large Fortune 1000 companies in the Philippines while running an efficient sales process
• Maintain, build and own relationship maps for the territory, including existing relationships and aspirational contacts
• Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business
• Negotiate pricing and business terms by selling value and ROI
• Manage existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth in the assigned territory
• Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency

Required profile

• 5+ years of closing experience, mixing field selling in mid-market and enterprise
• Has met or exceeded direct sales goals of 1M+ with an average deal size of $100k+
• Able to prospect and build pipeline independently
• Experience selling to large Fortune 1000 companies in the Philippines and winning new logos
• Experience in an innovative tech company (SaaS, IT infrastructure or similar preferred)
• Regular travel to client sites in the Philippines
