Sales and Events Officer

About the role

Join Kaway'an EcoPark as a Sales and Events Officer and become the primary point of contact for clients looking to host memorable events. You will guide prospects from initial inquiry through event execution, ensuring a seamless experience and contributing to the park’s revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email, social media, phone, and walk‑ins.
• Conduct venue tours and present tailored package options.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, and booking documentation.
• Follow up leads, secure bookings, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Coordinate event requirements with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Oversee on‑site event execution to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Manage online inquiries and social media messages.
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, events, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work on‑site in General Trias City, Cavite.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for business communication.
