Sales Ambassador – Motorcycle Loans (Tanauan, Batangas)

About the role

The Sales Ambassador drives motorcycle loan acquisition for Salmon Group, working directly within partner dealer stores in Tanauan. The role combines customer engagement, loan application processing, inventory oversight, and compliance to ensure a seamless end‑to‑end experience for borrowers.

Key responsibilities

• Customer Engagement – proactively approach walk‑in customers in partner dealer stores, guide them through the Salmon Moto Loan application, explain product features, loan terms, perks and answer queries.
• Sales Conversion & Application Processing – assist customers in completing loan applications via the Salmon Agent App, ensure accurate data entry, collect and verify IDs and supporting documents, and confirm completeness before submission.
• Release Execution – prepare all required documents for customer signing, verify motorcycle condition, set up marketing materials such as backdrops and branding, and oversee the proper turnover process.
• Inventory Monitoring & Reporting – track motorcycle inventory at assigned dealer stores, record sales, deliveries and transfers, and regularly report status to the Head Office and Inventory Manager, flagging any discrepancies.
• Partner Coordination – build strong relationships with branch managers and dealer staff, coordinate closely to ensure smooth customer handling and loan processing, and align dealer operations with Salmon processes.
• Compliance & Documentation Control – ensure all collected documents meet KYC and compliance standards, maintain accurate customer information, safeguard documents for back‑office processing, and escalate any discrepancies or potential fraud.
