Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role
The Room Attendant ensures that guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort. Working within a fast‑paced hotel environment, you will be responsible for inspecting, preparing, and replenishing rooms while providing courteous service to guests.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect and care for all guest rooms according to established standards.
- Protect equipment, report any damages, deficits, or disturbances to supervisors promptly.
- Address reasonable guest complaints and requests with professionalism and patience.
- Monitor and restock consumables, replacing items as needed.
- Strictly follow health, safety, and company policies at all times.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- Preferably less than 1 year of experience in a similar housekeeping role.
- Hard‑working attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and work independently.
- Friendly demeanor, reliable work ethic, and strong sense of responsibility.
