Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

The Room Attendant joins Wright Park Hotel’s dedicated housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Baguio City and supports the hotel’s commitment to high‑quality service and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities daily.
• Handle laundry duties for linens and towels, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing.
• Maintain orderly housekeeping carts and storage spaces.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to the appropriate department.
• Interact courteously with guests, respond to their requests, and contribute to overall guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and reliability in performing cleaning tasks.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards (training provided).
