Restaurant Manager (SM Legazpi)

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead daily operations at the SM Legazpi outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth service flow, and a well‑maintained environment. This role combines operational oversight, sales initiatives, and people leadership to drive performance and brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Manage opening, mid‑shift, and closing procedures, including the QSCH Restaurant Checklist.
• Oversee floor operations during peak periods, guaranteeing high‑quality service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, kitchen, restroom, and exterior areas.
• Engage guests, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure timely service and product quality.
• Implement local marketing programs to attract new guests and build repeat business.
• Lead regular team meetings, recognize high performers, and foster a positive work environment.
• Administer key management systems to influence sales, profit, QSCH, and people metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience as a Shift Manager or Store Supervisor in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven ability to manage restaurant operations and lead a team.
