Restaurant Manager

About the role

Socarrat, a Michelin‑selected Spanish restaurant in Cebu, is seeking a full‑time Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver Michelin‑level guest experiences. The role is on‑site and focuses on operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all front‑of‑house activities, ensuring service standards meet Michelin expectations.
• Manage scheduling, inventory awareness, and workflow coordination for optimal productivity.
• Coach, mentor and evaluate team members, fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain seamless operations.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and report key business indicators to senior leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant management or a similar customer‑focused environment.
• Strong ability to motivate diverse teams and maintain a high‑quality service culture.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills in a fast‑paced setting.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities to handle multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related field.
