About the role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Baguio City location. The role is full‑time and on‑site, responsible for delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards across all operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality food and beverage service.
• Supervise, schedule, and train staff, handling hiring and performance management.
• Maintain inventory control, quality standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance.
• Address customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Develop and implement service standards and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Proven experience in team leadership, hiring, and staff management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations, menu planning, and quality control.
• Problem‑solving, time‑management and multitasking skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior hospitality or restaurant management experience preferred.
• Relevant education in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
