Resort Manager – Luxury Island Resort

About the role

Amanpulo, the iconic private island resort in the Philippines, is seeking an experienced Resort Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations. Reporting to the General Manager, you will ensure flawless guest experiences, drive financial performance and uphold the brand’s standards of personalised luxury.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all departmental operations to deliver meticulous, personalised guest service.
• Support the General Manager with budgeting, forecasting and financial performance management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Revenue teams to maximise occupancy, ADR and profitability.
• Act as the primary guest liaison, resolving issues and guaranteeing satisfaction.
• Implement and maintain operational policies aligned with Aman standards.
• Lead, coach and develop department heads and their teams.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality, safety and service consistency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of luxury hospitality experience, including at least 5 years in a senior operational role.
• Proven experience in remote or island destinations, preferably within the Asian market.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret data and manage budgets.
• Extensive background in Rooms and Food & Beverage operations.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
