Reporting Analyst (AP/AR)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a meticulous and analytical Reporting Analyst to join its Reporting Team within the finance function (AP/AR). The analyst produces high-quality reports that support decision-making across the organization, based on accurate and timely data.

Key responsibilities

• Data collection and analysis: capture and compile data from databases and spreadsheets
• Report generation: ensure accuracy and timeliness of report delivery
• Stakeholder collaboration: work with internal partners to understand reporting needs and give clear data-driven insights
• Quality assurance: run data validation checks and keep data consistent and reliable
• Continuous improvement of reporting processes and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related business course
• 1-3 years of working experience in accounts receivable, preferably in a multinational corporation
• Experience in a shared services centre of a multinational, in banking, or supporting credit agencies is desirable
• Good command of English, oral and written
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure

Required skills

• Microsoft Office
• ERP systems (SAP is helpful)
• Knowledge of ERP, Tableau, UiPath or financial modelling is a plus
