Reporting Analyst (AP/AR)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a meticulous and analytical Reporting Analyst to join its Reporting Team within the finance function (AP/AR). The analyst produces high-quality reports that support decision-making across the organization, based on accurate and timely data.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and compile data from various sources, including databases and spreadsheets
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of report delivery
• Work with internal partners to understand reporting needs and provide relevant insights, supporting decision-making with clear data storytelling
• Conduct data validation checks and ensure data quality and consistency
• Continuously improve reporting processes for efficiency and effectiveness
• Carry out other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related business course
• 1-3 years of working experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in a multinational corporation
• Experience in a shared services centre of a multinational, in banking, or supporting credit agencies is desirable
• Superb interpersonal skills and good command of English, oral and written
• Ability to work under pressure and a team spirit

Required skills

• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP (SAP is helpful)
• Knowledge of Tableau, UiPath or other financial modelling tools is a plus
