Remote Project Manager (US Client Accounts)

About the role

Outsourced.ph is seeking a Remote Project Manager to support U.S.-based client accounts from the Philippines. You will coordinate project tasks, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth workflow across multiple campaign workstreams while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day project tasks, timelines, and deliverable tracking using Asana.
• Maintain and update project work plans, ensuring tasks, owners, and due dates are current.
• Coordinate with internal team members and external vendors to keep workstreams moving.
• Draft, organize, and manage project documentation such as briefs, status reports, meeting notes, and approval logs.
• Track project budgets, flag scope or timeline risks, and support invoice review.
• Support ad‑trafficking workflows, creative production schedules, and version control of assets.
• Assist with translation and localization for Spanish‑language and multicultural campaigns.
• Perform basic design tasks using Canva or Adobe Express, including ad resizing and social asset formatting.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with a minimum 6‑hour overlap with Pacific Time business hours.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a professional remote workspace.
