About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic English as a Second Language (ESL) tutors to teach children aged 4‑12 in a fully remote setting. The position is part‑time, scheduled for the afternoon (PM) shift, and offers guaranteed hourly pay.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct live, interactive English lessons for kids via our online platform.
- Prepare and deliver age‑appropriate teaching materials aligned with the curriculum.
- Track student progress and provide feedback to parents.
- Maintain a high booking rate by being available for scheduled sessions.
Required profile
- Fluent in English with clear pronunciation.
- Passion for teaching young learners.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Willingness to work the PM shift (local time).
Required skills
What we offer
- Hourly rate of ₱180‑₱200.
- Performance bonuses up to ₱10,000 and a ₱5,000 sign‑up bonus.
- Potential earnings of up to ₱45,000 per month with a 90 % booking rate.
