About the role
Edge Tutor is looking for enthusiastic ESL teachers to deliver online English lessons to children. This is a remote, part‑time position that allows you to work from home while earning a competitive hourly rate.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct live English lessons for kids using the company’s online platform.
- Maintain high booking rates (target 90%) by managing multiple student accounts.
- Provide engaging, age‑appropriate curriculum support and feedback.
- Track lesson attendance and performance metrics as required.
Required profile
- Ability to teach English as a Second Language to children; prior online ESL experience is not required.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace for remote teaching.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet student scheduling needs.
Required skills
What we offer
- Hourly pay of ₱180–₱200.
- Up to ₱10,000 in performance bonuses and a ₱5,000 sign‑up bonus.
