About the role
Edge Tutor is looking for enthusiastic remote English‑as‑a‑Second‑Language (ESL) tutors to teach children aged 4‑12. No prior online teaching experience is required, and you will receive a ₱5,000 bonus when you start.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, age‑appropriate English lessons to kids via a virtual classroom.
- Maintain a high booking rate (target 90%) by being available for scheduled sessions.
- Follow the curriculum and academic support materials provided by Edge Tutor.
- Track student progress and provide feedback to parents as needed.
Required profile
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable using video‑conferencing and online learning platforms.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

What we offer
- Hourly pay of ₱180‑₱200.
- Potential earnings up to ₱45,000 per month.
- Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage.
- Performance bonuses and additional bonuses up to ₱10,000.
