Remote Construction Project Coordinator – US Home Remodeling

About the role

We are a Southern California‑based kitchen, bath and flooring remodeling company seeking a Remote Construction Project Coordinator to support our U.S. home remodeling projects. You will act as the central point of contact for homeowners, installers, sales teams and internal operations, ensuring each project moves smoothly from scheduling to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate active kitchen, bath and flooring remodeling projects.
• Schedule installation appointments and maintain project timelines.
• Communicate updates, schedules and expectations to homeowners.
• Liaise with installers, sales representatives and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Monitor progress, follow up on pending items and assist with payment tracking.
• Resolve scheduling and operational issues promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented and highly organized.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.

Required skills

• Project coordination or operations support experience.
• Scheduling, dispatch or logistics coordination background.
• Customer‑facing communication experience.
