Remote Appointment Setter

About the role

Elite Assist is looking for a remote Appointment Setter to generate qualified meetings for its B2B clients. You will conduct outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach following defined cadences, qualify prospects and book appointments directly on client calendars.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily outbound outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn to targeted prospects.
• Qualify leads against predefined criteria and handle basic prospect questions.
• Schedule appointments on client calendars and ensure accurate hand‑off to sales representatives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM, documenting interactions and notes.
• Collaborate with account managers to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
• Meet or exceed activity and appointment targets on a regular basis.

Required profile

• Proven appointment‑setting or outbound sales experience, preferably in B2B environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to business audiences.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional business or sales education is a plus.

Required skills

• Comfort using a CRM and sales engagement tools.
• Basic proficiency with email, calendar and spreadsheet applications.
