About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Junior Specialist to join our fast‑growing fintech team in the Philippines. You will be the first point of contact for customers using our digital banking products, helping them navigate loans, credit cards, transactions, and the mobile app.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support via live chat, inbound phone calls, and email.
- Answer questions about loans, credit cards, transactions, and app features.
- Handle customer concerns with empathy and accuracy.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system following company standards.
- Suggest improvements for tools, processes, and the overall customer journey.
Required profile
- Fluent in Tagalog and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills with a customer‑friendly tone.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (completed).
- Comfortable using a computer, navigating websites, and learning new tools.
- Proactive, curious, and customer‑first mindset.
- No prior work experience required; full training will be provided.
