Remote Appointment Setter for B2B Campaign

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to support an outbound B2B campaign focused on general contractors in California. Working from home, you will use client‑provided contact lists and scripts to reach business owners and decision‑makers, handle objections, and schedule qualified assessment appointments for the internal sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to pre‑qualified general contractors in California using supplied scripts.
• Navigate gatekeepers, overcome objections, and connect with owners or key decision‑makers.
• Book qualified assessment appointments for the client’s sales team.
• Conduct follow‑up calls with prospects who did not commit during the initial call.
• Maintain accurate records of call outcomes, appointments, notes, and follow‑up tasks.
• Adapt scripted scenarios to real conversations while maintaining a professional tone.
• Provide regular feedback on appointment quality and campaign learnings to the client team.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in outbound appointment setting, telemarketing, or cold‑calling campaigns.
• Experience calling US‑based businesses, preferably in the construction sector.
• Strong English communication skills, confident phone presence, and ability to build trust quickly.
• High resilience, self‑motivation, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
