Sales Development Representative – US Cold Calling (Remote)

About the role

Division 50 is looking for a US Cold Calling Sales Development Representative to work remotely and fill client calendars with qualified B2B meetings. You will represent multiple clients, quickly learn their products and ideal customers, and conduct high‑volume outbound calls to US prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume cold calls to US businesses across various industries (SaaS, professional services, healthcare, finance, etc.).
• Learn each client’s offer, ideal customer profile, and objection patterns and adapt your pitch accordingly.
• Turn initial brush‑offs into booked, qualified meetings for client closers.
• Qualify prospects against client criteria before booking.
• Log all activity (dial, conversation, meeting) in the CRM.
• Follow up on warm inbound leads when applicable.
• Hit daily dial and weekly meeting‑booking targets consistently.

Required profile

• Proven experience making outbound cold calls into the US market.
• Track record of booking qualified B2B meetings with measurable results.
• Ability to ramp quickly on new products and industries.
• Comfort handling early brush‑offs and keeping conversations alive.
• Clear, confident spoken English and a natural phone manner.
• Disciplined CRM hygiene and focus on activity targets.
• Motivation to work with a smaller base salary plus uncapped commission.
