Registered Pharmacist (0-2 yrs BPO/Healthcare Experience)

About the role

Cognizant is seeking a Registered Pharmacist to join its Taguig team. This entry‑level position supports customers by handling product‑related inquiries, complaints, and documentation for pharmaceuticals, consumer health items, and medical devices.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and triage inbound calls regarding product defects, packaging issues, or device concerns.
• Guide callers to accurately describe problems and capture detailed information.
• Document complaints in the designated system with precision and consistency.
• Follow structured processes and quality standards throughout each interaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in a BPO environment or healthcare setting.
• Basic understanding of medicines, healthcare concepts, and product handling.
• Strong communication skills for clear caller guidance.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate documentation abilities.
• Comfortable working with repetitive, process‑driven tasks.
