Clinical Pharmacist – US Healthcare & Specialty Pharmacy

About the role

We are seeking a talented, licensed Pharmacist to join our MercerWell team at Marsh. Based in Manilla, this hybrid position requires three days per week in the office and focuses on improving patient outcomes within US healthcare and specialty pharmacy.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the specialty pharmacy resource for assigned clinical teams, identifying and managing high‑cost claimants.
• Interpret pharmacy data and leverage it to select cases for review and develop cost‑effective strategies.
• Establish and maintain carrier/vendor relationships to represent Mercer and serve clients.
• Lead case discussions with benefit administrators, presenting data‑driven recommendations.
• Synthesize data into reports and presentations for clients, supporting continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Active, unencumbered PRC‑issued pharmacy license.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical pharmacy experience.
• Experience with the US healthcare system and specialty medication management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, able to work independently and lead small teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
