About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales activities across the National Capital Region, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will develop and execute regional strategies, mentor a sales team, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to support B. Braun’s healthcare solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Create innovative sales strategies, analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Set clear targets, coach the team, and drive accountability through structured feedback.
  • Enhance processes, leverage CRM tools (Salesforce, PowerBI) and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Build strong client relationships, gather feedback and reduce churn with data‑driven solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams on tenders, contracts and reporting.
  • Manage receivables, overdue payments and contract lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track leads/opportunities and ensure data‑standard compliance.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Sales (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
