About the role

Join Maersk as a Regional Operations Subject Matter Expert, focusing on driving process standardisation, supporting platform adoption and delivering regional projects within the Lead Logistics organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and implement consistent procedures to achieve efficiency, quality and reliability.
• Accelerate SCP and platform adoption, support migration projects and lead UAT.
• Manage end‑to‑end regional projects, drive transformation initiatives and support organisational changes.
• Collaborate with global SMEs, operations leadership and cross‑functional teams to align priorities and influence adoption.
• Provide real‑time operational support, conduct root‑cause analysis and deliver training for super users.

Required profile

• Strong background in Lead Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Proven experience in project management and change management.
• Hands‑on experience with SCP platforms and system implementations.
• Results‑driven with ability to work in high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across global teams.
