Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team and support internal corporate hiring needs. This role offers fresh graduates a chance to start a career in talent acquisition while handling the full recruitment cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and other platforms.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone or virtual screening interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
• Assist with job offers, pre‑employment requirements and onboarding coordination.
• Support recruitment campaigns, job fairs and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates, employees and hiring managers.
