Leadership Development Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Leadership Development Coordinator to drive the growth of our call‑center leadership team. The role focuses on delivering remote training, conducting post‑training audits, and managing self‑paced learning modules in our Leadership Academy LMS.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging remote training sessions for global call‑center leaders, adapting delivery to diverse audiences.
• Conduct detailed post‑training audits, provide feedback, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee enrollment, tracking, and reporting of self‑paced leadership modules in the LMS.
• Collaborate with operational leaders, HR, and training teams to align development initiatives with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven operational leadership experience with coaching and performance‑data analysis skills.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate training effectiveness and deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both in‑person and remote settings.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
