Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic and operational partner to site leadership, supporting business objectives through effective HR management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance in a fast‑paced BPO environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR support to site leaders and employees, coordinating with Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, Finance & Payroll, and IT.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, coaching, and performance improvement plans.
• Manage employee disciplinary cases, conduct investigations, and represent the company in labor‑related proceedings.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives, monitor attrition trends, and conduct exit interviews.
• Assist with compensation and benefits inquiries, including payroll, government‑mandated benefits, and HMO enrollment.
• Ensure site compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws, preparing for audits and regulatory inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR experience in a BPO or call‑center environment.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE compliance.
• Experience in employee relations, case management, and performance management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with HR information systems.
