Recruitment Specialist

About the role
The Recruitment Specialist will drive the hiring process for our retail stores and departments, ensuring that staffing needs are met in line with the approved manpower budget. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract, assess and select qualified candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to fill vacant positions.
- Source, screen and interview applicants in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements.
- Conduct field visits to branches as needed for on‑site assessments.
Required profile
- Graduate of Psychology or Human Resources Development Management (HRDM).
- Minimum of one year of relevant recruiting experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Willingness to be assigned to Pala Pala, Dasmariñas, Cavite and travel to branches occasionally.
