About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to connect skilled healthcare professionals with U.S.-based healthcare clients. This remote position offers long‑term stability while allowing you to work from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews using HelloHire or similar tools.
• Utilise platforms like CareerPlug, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and job boards for outreach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
• Track recruitment funnel metrics (application rates, interviews, time‑to‑hire) and suggest workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for healthcare positions.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple priorities.
