Recruitment Sourcer – Healthcare Talent Acquisition

About the role

Insight Global Health is expanding its Global Delivery strategy and needs a Recruitment Sourcer to support U.S. and international healthcare hiring initiatives. The role will work closely with recruiters, the International Nursing team, and local operations to deliver a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, internal databases, referrals, and social platforms.
• Conduct high‑volume phone and virtual screenings to assess experience, skills, and motivation.
• Accurately document candidate information and progress in IGH recruiting systems.
• Maintain service‑level expectations for candidate outreach, relationship management, and responsiveness.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Recruiters, Account Managers, and Operations teams.
• Adhere to IGH recruiting best practices, compliance standards, and data‑privacy expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfort with high‑volume outreach, including phone calls, messaging, and follow‑ups.
• Ability to build rapport quickly.
