Recruitment Coordinator – RPO

About the role

The Recruitment Coordinator supports IBM Consulting’s talent acquisition teams by managing interview logistics, offer processes, and onboarding activities. This administrative position ensures a smooth candidate experience from application through start date.

Key responsibilities

• Contact applicants and hiring managers to schedule interviews and coordinate travel when needed.
• Book interview resources and generate offer letters/packages.
• Facilitate background investigations and monitor vendor activity for background/drug screening.
• Kick‑off, perform, monitor, and complete onboarding tasks.
• Update the applicant management database and send status notifications to recruitment support groups.
• Maintain accurate posting of job requisitions and manage requisition statuses in the ATS.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as required by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 + year experience in recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and onboarding.
• Experience with candidate selection processes and basic HR or staffing functions.
• Exposure to Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is a plus.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
