Recruiter (RPO) – Talent Acquisition

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage inbound and active candidate processing for its RPO engagements. You will partner with hiring managers and talent acquisition business partners to source, screen, and present qualified candidates for a variety of client roles.

Key responsibilities

• Review and screen candidate applications from multiple sourcing channels.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and maintain interview logistics.
• Post job requisitions on relevant job boards and keep them up‑to‑date.
• Maintain strong relationships with client subject‑matter experts.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization.
• Participate in role discovery meetings to define sourcing strategies and timelines.
• Provide candidate shortlists and status updates to hiring managers or talent acquisition business partners.
• Ensure accurate data entry in the ATS/CRM system.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience in an in‑house, RPO, or agency setting.
• Minimum 6 months experience using a web‑based applicant tracking system.
• Knowledge of functional recruitment best practices.
