About the role
The QA Engineer will lead quality assurance activities for raw materials and finished products in a cleanroom and office environment, ensuring compliance with established inspection and statistical process control procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Establish, evaluate, revise, and apply technical QA protocols for raw materials and finished products.
- Perform analysis of inspection data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
- Qualify and optimize processes through Gage R&R studies, process capability studies, and design of experiments.
- Investigate failures, develop action plans, and address MRB items, audit findings, and corrective actions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor, electronics, or optoelectronics industry.
- Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- SPC, FMEA, 8D, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 management systems.
- Proficiency with JMP statistical software and Microsoft Power BI for quality dashboards.
- Certified Internal Auditor (preferred).
