Process Technician – Test & Finish

About the role

The Process Technician supports daily operations of Test & Finish and Back‑End semiconductor processes, ensuring equipment runs smoothly and products meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor test, inspection, marking, packing, and related production equipment.
• Track process performance, record production and quality data, and ensure traceability of semiconductor devices.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process abnormalities, coordinating with Engineering or Maintenance as needed.
• Conduct first‑level analysis of production/test issues and assist in corrective actions.
• Perform preventive maintenance, equipment checks, and verification activities.
• Support process and yield improvement initiatives, new product introductions, and engineering trials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or engineering studies in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial or related fields.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in semiconductor Test & Finish, assembly, IC testing or electronics manufacturing.
• Ability to work on shifting schedules, overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail, safety‑ and quality‑conscious mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with semiconductor test/assembly equipment (ATE/Test Handler, ICOS/inspection systems, marking machines).
• Basic knowledge of SPC, process control, yield, defect analysis and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Excel and production/data recording systems.
• Understanding of electronic components, semiconductor devices and electrical measurements.
